Everyone has a story:
Some have a deep well of imagination,
And delight others with wonder,
They bring light to our lives.
Some have a shallow puddle,
And live life in a loop,
They cling onto those glory days.
Some never stop telling tales,
And exhaust you mentally,
They never seem to need a breath.
Some insist they’re peddling truth,
And they’re the ones to be wary of,
They are the host of lies and lack conviction.
Some speak only through whispers,
And they’re the ones to ignore,
They depend on your fire to light their world.
Some you can barely hear,
And they’re the ones to support,
For they can tell wonderful stories given the chance.
