These lovely words,
You sent with glee,
Artfully crafted,
Designed elegantly,
You painted a picture,
Vivid and deep,
A message delivered gently,
To not lose any sleep,
Such graceful brutality,
I’ve never before seen,
Like Snow White’s poisoned apple,
With a brighter sheen,
I twist the knife as I re-read,
The blackest of wood must of been this tree,
To make a page so sturdy as not to tear,
Anything other than the centre of me.
